Romano Olives Return & Refund Policy

At Romano Olives, we take pride in delivering the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at getoily@romanoolives.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your product arrived damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Sale or promotional items
